Founded in 2024 by Kiran Litt, our practice is rooted in the belief that being truly heard and understood is the foundation of meaningful change.
With extensive experience in mental health and a deep understanding of the complexities of culture, identity, and emotional well-being, Kiran brings a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy. As a therapist with South Asian roots and a BIPOC background, she is dedicated to creating a space where diverse experiences are acknowledged, respected, and integrated into the healing process. She integrates an Indo-Canadian lens when working with individuals navigating the balance between cultures.
Our practice specializes in trauma counselling — including EMDR — and also supports individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. You don't have to go through this alone.
