As a therapist with South Asian roots and a BIPOC background, she is dedicated to creating a space where diverse experiences are acknowledged, respected, and integrated into the healing process. She integrates an Indo-Canadian lens when working with individuals struggling to find a balance between their cultures.
Our practice specializes in trauma counselling, more specifically EMDR counselling. Although we also work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
